David Patterson Homes Brings Home 3 Gold and 1 Silver Award at 2022 OBIE Awards Event at Georgia Aquarium

The Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association hosted the 42nd annual Professionalism (OBIE) Awards Saturday, October 22nd at the Georgia Aquarium in downtown Atlanta. With over 100 different categories, the OBIE awards celebrate outstanding achievements in homebuilding and highlight those in the homebuilding industry for excellence in building, marketing, and personal achievement.

David Patterson Homes are well-known for their unique European Farmhouse styling and this is why they won 3 Gold Awards on their homes and 1 Silver in just two communities.

This is the second year that David Patterson Homes has brought home the GOLD for their unique homes.  They won 3 Gold awards last year for their home plans ranging in the $400,000 – $500,000 and home plans ranging in $500,000 – $600,000 plus the marketing award of Best Builder Logo.  This is a total of 6 Golds and 1 Silver in 2 years.  Amazing accolades for this local homebuilder.

David Patterson is now building in the Forsyth and Hall County area with three communities.  There is Long Hollow Landing, located in the new East Forsyth High School District, this stunning community has created a community of single family transitional European farmhouse style homes priced from the high $700s to 1 Million+ with 8 lake homesites and a community dock.
